Burnished wrought steel, Spring actuated lever. Positive direct pull which pulls rails together, Stops rattles and drafts. Unlock and lever returns to open position, Base: 1-3/8 inch x 2-5/16 inch Strike: 9/16 inch x 2-3/16 inch, Polybagged, packed with screws.
