This Energy Star approved 10 inch diameter tubular skylight kit includes everything needed to bring the loveliness of natural light into your home, and is appropriate for all roof types up to a 12:12 pitch, including asphalt shingle, slate, wood shake, tile, and flat roof applications. The kit includes all components to complete up to a 48 inch installation. Kit includes: All tubular skylight components such as spun aluminum metal roof flashing, roof dome with sun gathering optics, one 20 inch long staright tube, and two adjustable angle tubes to maneuver around obstacles in the attic. Kit also includes a ceiling trim ring that mounts securely to the ceiling utilizing " flip tabs", eliminating the need for screw holes, and a double insulated glass diffuser that eliminates any potential condensation problems. The kit also includes cutting templates, roof mastic, and a do it yourself installation video. This kit will light an area up to 300 square feet, is leakproof and easy to install in about 2 hours. The recommended maximum install length of this kit is 24 feet, utilizing the ODL 14 inch diameter extension tubes. Comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
