This is designed for 16 inch on-center framing and shingle/shake roofs. Sun tunnels are ideal for hallways, bathrooms, walk-in closets or anywhere that needs more natural light. The flexible sun tunnel is the simplest tubular skylight to install. The flexible roof to ceiling design easily installs around attic obstructions, minimizes time spent in the attic, and works very well with complex roof lines. The clear, UV stabilized, low profile dome design parallels the slope of the roof for an attractive curbside appearance. Mirror finished premium-grade stainless steel rings are incorporated in the inside of the top frame and the lower end of the tunnel to reflect light from all angles. A sealed dual lensed prismatic diffuser effectively reduces chance of condensation and evenly distributes light without any hotspots. An option electric light kit turns your sun tunnel into a night time light source. A large one-piece metal flashing system provides the best weather protection from the elements. There is a full seven year, transferable warranty against manufacturer's defect, rust corrosion, and deterioration. An additional 10 feet tunnel is sold separately.
