ODL Severe Weather Skylights are manufactured to shrug off just about anything nature can throw at them; they're strong enough to withstand hurricane conditions. They can stand up to winds exceeding 110 mph and repeated impacts by heavy objects without leaking. To meet the strict building codes of souther Florida and other severe weather areas, the skylight passed a series of tests that simulate hurricane conditions, including surviving a 2 x 4 shot from a cannon at 35 mph. The dome and frame are double sealed to protect against water infiltration. Comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
