22-1/2 x 46-1/2 inch Fixed Curb Mounted Skylight with Comfort Plus Glass

This is a Fixed, Curb Mounted, Skylight with Laminated, Low-E2, Argon Gas Filled Comfort Plus Glass. ENERGY STAR labeled, this skylight is perfectly suited for new installations or as a replacement for old deteriorated plastic bubble type skylights. It is sized to work with all types of site-built curbs with interior curb dimensions of 22-1/2 inch x 34-1/2 inch or exterior curb dimensions of 25-1/2 inch x 37-1/2 in. Heavy-duty materials ensure that the FCM is engineered to withstand the installation process along with anything else nature throws its way. With no designated top, bottom, or sides, it can be installed in any direction. It has a maintenance-free aluminum exterior and integrated gaskets that provide a thermal break for energy efficiency and seals out water, wind, and hassles for years. It is streamlined exterior with a smooth, low profile does not obstruct your roofline. The laminated Comfort Plus glass provides a 99.9% protection factor against the suns UV rays. Requires a roof pitch of 15 (3/12) to 60 degrees. Manual cellular shades and electric exterior sun awnings are available via special order at your local Home Depot store. With shingles or shakes use ECL 2246 Step Flashing Kit. Flashing kits are sold separately.
