This is a Fixed, Self Flashed, Skylight with Tempered, Low-E2, Argon Gas Filled, Comfort Glass. This skylight includes a factory-installed flashing system which is designed for shingle roofs only. ENERGY STAR labeled, this skylight is ideal for visually expanding areas such as hallways, stairwells, and other dark spaces that can be transformed with light. It provides an economical alternative in creating a spacious home that is filled with nautral light. Comes with a wood frame made with robust mortise and tenon joints, pre-installed mounting brackets, a gasket system to drain any interior condensation to the outside, a drywall return for a quick and clean interior finish, and protective maintenance free aluminum cladding. It is streamlined exterior with a smooth, low profile does not obstruct your roofline. Requires a roof pitch of 15 (3/12) to 60 degrees.
