35 feet Emergency Escape Ladder

The 35 feet ResQLadder is an emergency escape ladder that can provide an alternate route of escape from a 4th story window in the event of an emergency such as fire or earthquake. The ResQLadder easily attaches to window sills up to 10 inches thick and is manufactured from steel and chain tension-tested to 1,000 pounds. This ladder is designed to store near a window for easy deployment in the event of an emergency. Optional stand-offs are attached for additional stability and ease-of-use when descending the ladder. The ResQLadder is manufactured and assembled in the United States and includes a one-year manufacturers warranty. The ResQLadder includes a free fire prevention pamphlet to assist in fire safety preparedness.
