4 inch Insulated #2 Phillips Screwdriver

Tips are proliferated to provide a more consistent geometric symmetry than conventional Phillips-tip screwdrivers for more accurate fit and torque without slippage. The high-dielectric white inner layer is a thick, exceptionally tough base coating which is bonded to the tool. The outer layer is a flame-retardant, impact-resistant, bright orange color. The insulated screwdriver has a 1000 volt rating and complies with the IEC 900 and ASTMF 1505-94 standards.
