Low profile, safety and security type window well cover with a lifetime guarantee. Supports up to 250 Lbs and minimizes risks of falling into deep, uncovered window wells. Engineered for elongated and rectangle window wells measuring up to 48 inch x 21 inch and is O.K. for steel, plastic, brick and concrete area walls. Once installed, this window well cover may be trimmed to fit smaller openings using an ordinary jig saw with a fine tooth blade. A patented, solid steel locking system with pull pin release quickly unlocks the window well cover from the inside of the home. Manufactured using weather, rust resistant and virtually indestructible GE Lexan with an aluminum rear support and brace bar. Includes all hardware and an easy-to-follow installation manual.
