DH-50 Aluminum Hawk

Drywall Hawk: 12-1/2 inch x 12-1/2 inch tempered heavy gauge aluminum construction. The Wallboard drywall hawk is light, ultra-sturdy and strong. Corners have been rounded for greatest possible safety and comfort. Grain finish and circular grooves prevent material from sliding. Metal casting secures handle to hawk. Wood handle with rubber callous preventor cushions for comfort. User information: apply desired amount of joint compound to center of hawk. Keep surface of hawk level to avoid spills. Draw joint compound from hawk using a drywall taping knife or trowel to achieve desired results. Clean hawk after use with water when wet or scrape surface with taping knife to remove dried compound. Hawk will not rust.
