One-of-a-kind knockout feature permits this lockout device to accommodate gate valves from 2-1/2 inch to 5 inch along with OS&Y or rising stem gate valves. Crafted from ultra-sturdy plastic that resists chemicals and extreme temperatures, the Gate Valve Lockout also features a premium-grade stainless steel hinge for added strength and security. The Gate Valve Lockout accepts locks with up to 3/8 inch shackles and 3/4 inch or greater vertical shackle clearance.
