Preset and Variable Temperature Control provides temperatures ranging from 82 degrees F - 210 degrees F. Proof Setting enables you to proof fresh bread dough with ease. Low Setting keeps plates warm until you are ready to serve. Medium Setting is ideal for warming items such as bread, quiche and pastry. High Setting is perfect for entrees like pork, poultry and beef. Auto-Off Timer may be set for up to four hours before automatically turning heat off. Continuous On setting keeps warming drawer on until manually turned off. On Indicator Light is visible when drawer is open. Spacious interior easily holds up to four fully prepared 11" dinner plates at once. Removable half rack enables you to stack plates or pans for added space.
