Lalique Double Ascot Valance with Tassel (Color Antique)

The double ascot valance has all-over embroidery of small scroll covering an organza sheer, which overlays a satin fabric. The bottom satin layer peeks out 1" beyond the embroidered sheer layer adding a decorative separation between the two fabrics. A color coordinated tassel attaches at the valance's three points.
