All that's needed are a few common household tools and a little spare time. To make your project even easier, each kit comes with fully illustrated, step-by-step instructions to ensure that you will be proud of the results. Includes 12 feet x 6 feet porch kit with railing (includes treated decking), two additional operable, tempered glass aluminum window kits (screen and trim kit included), loft (provide storage space by day, add sleeping space by night), partition (divide space to create separate rooms) and flower box (pre-cut and functional flower box adds loveliness to your building). IMPORTANT BEFORE ORDERING- Check with your local code authority before placing order. Homeowner must obtain building permits, zoning variances and subdivision covenants PRIOR to ordering. The state, city municipality and / or Neighborhood Association where you live can provide particular requirements.
