The Performance Work Hat is a revolutionary solution to a cooler head in hot conditions and a warmer head in cold conditions. Simply put, it is the ideal hat for all weather conditions. GORGONZ uses the patented technology of several different fabrics to achieve these results. The first, or inside, layer is DuPont CoolMax which pulls sweat away from the head and into the hat fabric. The second layer, Hydroweave , when activated with water, uses the heat of the sun to cause evaporation thereby pulling heat away from the head. And when dry, the Hydroweave acts as an insulator which is perfect for cold conditions. The third, or external, fabric is constructed of water-resistant nylon which keeps rain and snow from getting the hat wet in cold conditions.
