It is fully sanded and comes ready for you to stain and lacquer. Can be combined with a Hadley Leg and Skirt Kit to create a full-surround mantel. (Always check local fire code for proper clearances.) Foster cap mantels also make fine display shelves. Built with solid Oak mouldings and veneer panels. Overall width of mantel top is 60 inch and at bottom is 52-1/2 in. Shelf depth is 7-3/4 inch on top and 4 inch on bottom. Easy installationwith the included mounting board and instructions. Also available in 6 feet length and in paint grade for painting. (The product in the image was stained with a Golden Oak stain. The Mantel you receive will be unfinished and ready for you to stain.)
